Reliox provides free maintenance and asset management assessment tools for industrial organizations. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it.

1. Data We Collect

When you complete a Reliox assessment, we collect the following information:

Personal Information

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Company name
  • Job title
  • Country

Assessment Data

  • Industry sector
  • Team / company size
  • Assessment question responses
  • Improvement goals and priorities
  • Calculated maturity scores

We do not collect passwords, payment information, or use tracking cookies.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the data you provide for the following purposes:

Generate Your Assessment Report

Your responses are used to calculate maturity scores, generate radar charts, and create personalized improvement recommendations.

Send Results via Email

Your email address is used to deliver the detailed assessment report to your inbox. We may also send a brief follow-up related to your assessment results.

Aggregate Anonymized Benchmarks

Assessment scores are aggregated in anonymized form to generate industry benchmarks. No individual or company is identifiable in benchmark data.

3. Data Storage

Your assessment data is stored securely using the following infrastructure:

  • Database: Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted in the European Union. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
  • Processing: Webhook processing is handled via n8n workflow automation on EU-hosted infrastructure.
  • Security: All data transmissions use HTTPS/TLS encryption. Access to stored data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

4. Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.

5. Data Retention

Assessment data is retained for 24 months from the date of submission. This retention period enables us to:

  • Generate anonymized industry benchmarks
  • Allow you to compare results if you retake the assessment
  • Improve assessment quality based on aggregate patterns

You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 6).

Under applicable data protection regulations (including GDPR), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

We do not use tracking cookies. No analytics scripts (such as Google Analytics) are loaded on any Reliox page. We do not use third-party advertising or retargeting pixels. Your browsing behavior is not tracked.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable regulations. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
