By accessing or using the Reliox platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
Reliox provides maintenance and asset management self-assessment tools with automated scoring, personalized reports, support documents, and dashboard access. Our platform helps industrial organizations evaluate and improve their maintenance maturity across multiple internationally recognized frameworks.
Access to the Reliox platform is provided via magic link (email-based authentication). You are responsible for keeping your access token secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
One account per email address. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at info@reliox.ai.
Free assessments include basic results, foundation documents, and limited dashboard access (30 days, 3 action items per assessment). No payment information is required for the free tier.
All 15 assessments are available for free, with no limit on the number of times you can take them.
Paid subscriptions are subject to the following terms:
Billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Auto-renews unless canceled. Cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of your current billing period.
30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. Contact info@reliox.ai to request a refund.
All prices are in EUR. VAT is calculated automatically based on your location. EU businesses can provide their VAT ID at checkout for reverse charge.
Reliox owns the platform, assessment design, scoring algorithms, and support documents. You may use your own assessment results for internal purposes.
Referenced frameworks (SMRP, JIPM/TPM, ISO 55001, SAE JA1011/JA1012, Palmer's Handbook, AACE, Industry 4.0/5.0) are trademarks of their respective owners. Reliox assessments are independently developed and are not affiliated with or endorsed by these organizations.
Assessments are self-evaluation tools for educational and awareness purposes only.
Results do NOT constitute formal certification, compliance audit, or professional advice. Organizations seeking formal certification should engage qualified professionals.
Reliox is not liable for decisions made based on assessment results.

The Reliox platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Reliox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to Reliox in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these terms or engage in activity that is harmful to the platform or other users.
You may delete your account and data at any time from the dashboard settings page, or by contacting us at info@reliox.ai.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
